Here's my HBBC recap and plan for this week.
Dec. 2 - Dec. 9 Plan (RECAP)
Monday: 8.5k treadmill (evening)
---> Didn't happen. Oh well. Moving on.
Tuesday: 10k pace (TBD, maybe run home from school?)
---> Jacki came to the rescue and kept me company on a night time run. Thank you, thank you, thank you MommaExpat!
Wednesday: 5k (morning) OR REST--TBD
---> Had a change in my class schedule and ended up doing 10k on the treadmill, woohoo. Never know when the inspiration will hit!
Thursday: 15k run + track workout (afternoon, evening)
---> Didn't happen. That makes two misses in one week, yikes! Had a big interview that day and couldn't concentrate on getting anything else accomplished. Exercise fail.
Friday: XtendBarre (evening)
---> Love this class!
Saturday: walking/sightseeing
---> Clocked about 6 to 8k walking around Copenhagen. I'm pretty sure I also burned calories from shivering so much.
Sunday: walking/sightseeing
---> More walking (5k or so) and more shivering.
Dec. 10 - Dec. 16 Plan
Monday: 5k treadmill (morning)
Tuesday: 10k pace (TBD)
Wednesday: 5k (morning)
Thursday: 8k (morning)
Friday: XtendBarre (evening)
Saturday: REST
Sunday: 16-18K (TBD)
